CHAPLAIN (PART-TIME)
Residential Child Care Worker Couple

Home for Children at Oxford has boys and girls from infancy through 18
years who need caring couples to help them grow into responsible adults.

Raleigh, NC – three hours to the beach or the mountains
- Extensive in-service trainings
offered every Spring and Fall
- Support staff includes: Recreation
Director, Education Director, Nurse, Chaplain.
Compensation package includes:
- Starting salary $41,000 to $56,000
per couple depending on experience
- Bonuses for national certification,
education and performance

Chaplain - Part-Time
This position
provides spiritual guidance and support to the residents and staff
of The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford. By organizing and
conducting weekly church services, working with the Home’s music
ministry and by developing other programs related to the spiritual
development of the Home’s residents, this position works with the
programming staff to develop a positive environment. This part-time
position is important to the mission of MHCO and seeks a strong
candidate willing to work within the policies and procedures of
Home. This position will involve 6 – 12 hours a week.
